Can
Aeris be resurrected?
Aeris
was killed for a reason. Either you were enraged or just upset
her death affected the way in which you played the remaining two
disk of Final Fantasy VII. Furthermore she cannot be brought back
in the Japan, British or computer versions. She cannot be brought
back to life at all.
you can see Aeris after
her death
-currently there are 6 ways to see Aeris after her death
1.An image of Aeris can be seen when you
swap discs after Aeris dies. When you are prompted to change
a disc, a random image will be shown. One of those images
show Aeris staring at the Highwind.
2. This second sighting is a
technicality. When we see Aeris being dropped in the tranquil
water of the Ancient City, strictly speaking, we see an image
of Aeris after her death.
3. Aeris can also be seen via her
infamous 'ghost' in the Midgar Church.
4. During disc 2, Cloud
and Bugenhagen visit the Ancient City. While there,
Bugenhagen replays Aeris' death inside a crystal. We can see
Aeris there, dieing (again). This constitutes the fourth
sighting of Aeris.
5. During the ending FMV, Aeris' hand and
finally her face can be seen for a few moments. Sadly this is
the last time we see Aeris in the entire game.
6. Aeris can be seen in the G-bike game
at the Gold Saucer. When playing the game, glance at the
person driving the utility truck. It is Aeris.
With the use of the gameshark and
other computer editing tools it is possiable to activate areas of
the game that may not have been accessiable. Players have claimed
to have seen secert areas and well as certain scenes taken after
the death of Aeris where she says a few lines.
Ghost
in the Church
A polygon of Aeris is apparently visible in the Midgar
church after Disc 1. If you have a sharp eye, you may be able to
gain a glimpse of Aeris whenever you enter the church. There are
actually two ghosts, one of Aeris standing in the church's aisle,
and the other with Aeris tending the flowers. If one is to use
the debug room via a gameshark they can find that the ghost are
no accident. They were placed there for an unknown reason.
The
Loveless Play and Aeris
Even though the words may appear somewhat inelligible,
it is fair to assume they say the words 'My Bloody Valentine'.
Apparently My Bloody Valentine is the name of a band who released
an album in 1991. It was called 'Loveless'!
Right before you enter the North
Cave, go back on to the bridge of the Highwind. Talk to Cid, and
he'll ask you
"Hey Cloud, have you ever seen the play Loveless?"
Reply "Yeah".
Cid will then say, "I did, once, when I was
interviewing to be a pilot in Midgar. I thought it would put me
to sleep, and it did. Near the end, the guy next to me woke me up
saying my snoring was too loud. All I remember is the end: the
sister of the lead tells her lover 'I'll come back, even if
you've moved on, because I know you'll be waiting.'"
Is the ending of the Loveless
play a coincidence, or another cunning ploy by Square to tease
the player?
Aeris
vs. Aerith
Aerith was the name of the 'Flower Girl' in the Japanese
version of Final Fantasy VII. When FFVII came to English shores,
the name Aerith was changed to the more smoother Aeris. However
this is even another spelling of the name, Earith. This can be
fount using a gameshark and the debug room, proving she was
originally called Earith. The 'th' is pronounced more like an 's',
and hence Aeris and Aerith sound quite similar in Japanese
Death
Death is unadvoidable. It will happen sometime or
another. Theres not alot one can do when they lose a loved one.
Council with close friends usually helps, as seen how the group
remembered Aeris and helped each other get along with their
mission of defeating Sephiroth. By no means did they forget about
her they constantly remembered what she had done, said and even
her death. Aeris was admired by all the characters in one way or
another, whetered they said it or showed it by actions.
Resurrection
As you may know by now their is no resurrection. Many
were tricked into believing this because of certain hints in the
game.
What does
the ending of the game mean?
Well it means at no point after her death do you get to
reacquire Aeris into your party.
Well this may sound silly but
it is a fact and should be listed. Aeris does not return, nor
was she meant to.
It shows that things aren't
always meant to be, that life isn't a fairy tale.
If life was a fairy tale and
the game meant to have a fairy tale and wonderful ending then
Aeris would have come back, but she didn't. It was not meant
to be that way.
You only get one chance to
live, one blow can end it.
If you love someone tell
them, share your life with those you care about and those who
care about you.
Then where the heck is Aeris?
However, for a brief second
you do get to see her face and hands.
At first I fount this wierd, as I am sure many of you reading
this do.
After thinking about it for a while I came up with the
conclusion that Aeris is not in fact dead. Thats right, no
dont get your gameshark out yet or your copy of Final Fantasy
VII. You still wont be able to play as her. Aeris is alive in
your mind, your heart and in your soul.
Just like when you lose a loved
one, a part of them still lives in you as well as everyone whos
life was touched by that person. Even though they are not here in
the physical world they are still in our hearts, minds, souls.
One day we will meet again.
What
does Cloud in Final Fantasy Tactics mean?
Well to gain Cloud into your party in Final Fantasy
Tactics you must teleport
him from the part. Since people do not live in the past that
means that at some point Cloud died. There is no other
explanation.
