Jimmie Johnson will claim his sixth NASCAR Sprint Cup Series title with a finish of 23rd or better at Homestead-Miami Speedway on Sunday.
Matt Kenseth (second in points) will lead a field of 43 cars to the green flag for the start of the Ford EcoBoost 400. Joining him on the front row will be Kurt Busch.
The Ford EcoBooost 400 will be run on Sunday at the 1.5-mile Homestead-Miami Speedway. The race will consists of 267 laps making up 400.5 miles.
Coverage of the race will air on ESPN beginning at 3:00 pm ET with the green flag set to wave at 3:15 pm ET.
Last year it was Jeff Gordon who earned the victory at Homestead, it was Gordon’s first career victory at the track.
