Two weeks ago Carson Kvapil scored his first win in the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series. One start later he notched his second win in the series as he managed to win the HyVee Perks 250.
Kvapil’s win marks the ninth time a driver in the series has scored their first two wins back-to-back, with the most recent driver to have done it before today being Shane VanGisbergen.
Ross Chastain, Ryan Sieg, and Justin Allgaier all saw chances to win the event go around on the final caution of the race.
The series will next be in action on August 28 at Daytona International Speedway with the running of the Winn-Dixie 250 Powered by Coca-Cola.
