Justin Haley wins Coke Zero Sugar 400, Daytona Results

After rain pelted Daytona International Speedway on Saturday, the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race was pushed to Sunday afternoon.

Joey Logano sat on the pole of the race after the starting lineup was set via points after qualifying was rained out on Friday. Logano would win the first stage and along with Kevin Harvick led a Ford brigade at the front of field for much of the stage with Kyle Busch sneaking in three laps at the front himself.

Austin Dillon won the second stage. Under caution in the third stage Kurt Busch was leading the race and opted to pit leaving Justin Haley out front. Moments later NASCAR put out the red flag at 3:20 pm ET with 34 laps to go.

Racing never resumed and Haley who was making just his third MENCS start was declared the winner two hours later.
