Brad Keselowski became the third championship contender to suffer an ill fate in the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway.
Keselowski was running fifth when he lost a right front tire sending his No. 2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion into the wall on lap 160.
Earlier in the race Dale Earnhardt Jr. suffered a similar fate while leading sending him behind the wall for repairs. Earnhardt Jr. was able to return to the track.
Jimmie Johnson suffered damage early as well when Greg Biffle made contact with the left rear of Johnson’s car.
