NASCAR believes they will be able to reach a conclusion to the Geico 400 at Chicagoland Speedway on Sunday.
Rain threated the race weekend from the start with the race delayed in its initial start.With 109 of 267 laps run rain again hit and a red flag was displayed.

Currently Matt Kenseth is the race leader. NASCAR Operations Director Steve O’Donnell says that there is no track curfew in effect for Chicagoland Speedway.
Once the NASCAR race resumes it will air on ESPN2.
