Already facing a year long suspension, Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon was arrested early Saturday morning for DWI.
Gordon was driving 50 in a 35 when pulled over in Raleigh, NC and was cited for his speed and driving while impaired reports WKYC.
“We are aware of the matter and are disappointed to learn of this situation,” Browns general manager Ray Farmer said in a statement. “We will comment further at the appropriate time.”
There are not a lot of details at this time.
Gordon missed the first two games of the 2013 season after being suspended for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy. In May it was announced that Gordon had failed a second drug test.
