Police have been in and out of Aaron Hernadez’s house since Tuesday in regards to a homicide investigation. Conflicting reports have come out as to whether Hernandez is a suspect in the death of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd.

Fox25 in Boston reports that police executed a search warrant on Hernadez’s home because he is directly linked to the homicide.

The source also told the station that Hernandez, Lloyd, and two other men were at a bar in Boston the night of the homicide, and at some point, the four men left together in a car driven by Hernandez which was confirmed by a text Lloyd sent another friend.

Only three men would arrive at Hernandez’s house while Lloyd was found dead a mile away.

FOX 25 says that Hernandez may have hired a lawyer because a courier from Boston law firm Ropes & Gray delivered an envelope to  his home on Wednesday.

Hernandez is also facing a legal case in which he is being sued by another man for allegedly shooting him in the face. Alexander Bradley claims that Hernandez shot him in the face causing him to lose his right eye.
