Daytona 500 odds feature four drivers as 10-1 favorites

Fans looking to place bets on the upcoming Daytona 500 will notice that four drivers are listed as having 10-1 odds.

“The Great American Race” will take place on Feb. 16 at the famed Daytona International Speedway and fans who are looking to place bets can use the best online casinos.

Currently Joey Logano, Brad Keselowski, Chase Elliott and the most recent winner of the race, Denny Hamlin, enter with 10-1 odds. Elliott is the only member of the group who has not won a Daytona 500. A slue of drivers follow them as 14-1 favorites.

Last season Denny Hamlin won his second Daytona 500. His win came for Joe Gibbs Racing shortly after the death of team co-founder JD Gibbs. Hamlin first won the event in 2016.

Not only can fans bet on the Daytona 500 but they can also choose to bet who who they feel will win the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series Title. Kevin Harvick, the 2014 Cup Series champion, as a 5-1 favorite has the best odds followed by two-time champion Kyle Busch, 2018 champion Martin Truex Jr. is at 6-1. Hamlin is the first driver on the list who has not won a Cup Series title at 8-1. Chase Elliott fans will notice that he is currently has 12-1 odds for winning the title while Jimmie Johnson in his final season enters the year with 40-1 odds.

Coverage of the Daytona 500 will air on FOX beginning at 2:30 pm ET with MRN having radio coverage. The race includes 200 laps around the 2.5 Daytona International Speedway where 40 cars will race for the Harley J. Earl trophy.
