Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) announces on Thursday that driver Denny Hamlin had undergone successful arthroscopic surgery on his left shoulder.
The surgery had been planned to be completed following the end of the 2019 season. Hamlin is expected to be ready to go for the start of the 2020 season.
The surgery was completed by Dr. Patrick Connor at Charlotte Surgery Center.
