It figures to be a full field for Sunday night’s running of the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. There are 40 cars on the entry list for the longest race of the season.
That Charlotte Motor Speedway is just minutes from the shops of most race teams is not hurting nor is the addition of the No. 53 car of Rick Ware Racing driven by BJ McLeod or Joey Gase back in the No. 66 or even the return of the No. 96 car of Gaunt Brothers Racing to be driven by Parker Kligerman.
Martin Truex Jr. won this event last year.
