Kevin Harvick will lose his 13th starting spot and have to serve a pass thru penalty after his No. 4 Ford Mustang failed pre-race inspection three times.
His engineer was ejected from the event as well.
Harvick will have a difficult time trying not to lose a lap early in the race which consists of laps of just 0.533 miles.
