Natalie Decker qualifies 11th in first Truck Series race

Natalie Decker’s first Gander Outdoors Truck Series race will take place Friday night at Daytona International Speedway. She starts 11th.

After a successful 2017 season in the ARCA Series, highlighted by a pole at Daytona, Decker joined DGR-Crosley for the 2019 season. She will see action in NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series, NASCAR K&N Pro Series and ARCA Racing Series events.

Longtime partner N29 Technologies followed Decker to DGR-Crosley.

Decker finished sixth in last weekend’s ARCA Menards Series race. She was seventh in last year’s overall ARCA driver standings.

Coverage of Friday’s NextEra Energy Resources 250 at Daytona kicks off at 7:30 p.m. on FS1/FOX Sports GO.
