Ty Dillon put the No. 3 Chevrolet on the pole for the season opening Xfinity Series race at Daytona.
Dillon, a regular in the Xfinity Series, beat out a slue of Cup Series drivers to win the pole for the Powershares QQQ 300. He is joined on the front row by Daniel Suarez.
Bobby Labonte making a return to Joe Gibbs Racing starts third in the No. 18 Toyota. The rest of the field can be seen below.
Saturday’s race airs on FOX Sports 1 at 3:30 pm ET with the green flag waiving at 3:46 pm ET.
Dillon is the most recent Xfinity Series winner at Daytona but it was Ryan Reed who won the season opener a year ago.
