Elliott Sadler will not run a full race at Texas Motor Speedway.
The driver of the No. 11 OneMain Financial Toyota was unable to qualify his car on Saturday. Clint Bowyer drove the car in qualifying and while Sadler will be behind the wheel to start the race it will only be a matter of time before Bowyer gets behind the wheel.
Sadler appears to have some sort of virus which has left him vomiting and with diarrhea. Earlier this week it was announced that he would move to Roush Fenway Racing next season in the No. 1 car in this series.
Update: Sadler would get a break when J.J. Yeley brought out the caution on lap seven. This allowed Bowyer to get in the car and not lose any laps.
