A shirtless fan climbed the catchfence at Saturday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond International Raceway.
Yep. He sat there and forced NASCAR to throw a caution. It was the only thing that could slow down race winner Brad Keselowski who led 383 of the 400 laps in the Federated Auto Parts 400.

As you can see in the above video the man did come down from the fence and was taken into custody by security. No word on how the man was able to climb all the way to the top without anyone trying to stop him.
