Jimmie Johnson completed all 400 laps of Saturday’s Federated Auto Parts 400 at Richmond International Raceway. The driver of the No. 48 Lowes Chevrolet exited his car after going to pit lane and laid down beside it. He got up and again laid down at which point medical attention was taken to Johnson.
Johnson took a trip to the infield car center via a mobile stretcher. Details are still coming. Johnson is believed to be suffering from heat exhaustion.
