Ryan Truex has been medically cleared to return to the No. 83 Toyota Camry of BK Racing for this Saturday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Bristol.
Truex was involved in a single-car crash during practice last Saturday for the Pure Michigan 400 at Michigan International Speedway. JJ Yeley filled in for Truex and finished 30th.
Familiar sponsors Burger King and Dr. Pepper will adorn the sides of Truex’s car. Truex has made 19 starts this season with a best finish of 20th in the August race at Pocono.
