NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. raced against TNT analyst Charles Barkley in a go kart contest a few weeks ago.
With coverage of NASCAR now airing on TNT video of this event has emerged. The two raced on a seven-tenths of a ile course which featured 11 turns.
In the first contest Earnhardt Jr. completed five laps before Barkley could complete four. The rules were that Barkley needed to run four laps while Earnhardt needed to complete five.
In the second contest Earnhardt had to run three laps to Barkley’s two. Barkley was able to win this time even though he spun out on the first lap.
