Kyle Busch won the Drive to Stop Diabetes 300 presented by Lilly Diabetes at Bristol Motor Speedway on Saturday leading 119 of 300 laps around the 0.533-mile track.
The driver of the No. 54 Monster Energy Toyota Camry was able to claim his third straight win at Bristol.
Saturday’s NASCAR Nationwide Series race consisted of 300 laps around the World’s Fastest Half Mile located in Bristol, Tennessee making up a total of 159.9 miles.
Kyle Larson started the race on the pole but it was not long before a trio of veteran Cup Series regulars made their presence felt. Busch and Matt Kenseth led most of the laps in this one with Kevin Harvick keeping pace.
In the end Busch beat Larson to the finish line.
