Kyle Busch won the Blue Jeans Go Green 200 at Phoenix International Raceway on Saturday after rain shortened the event to 168 of the 200 scheduled laps.
The driver of the No. 54 Monster Energy Toyota Camry finished ahead of Kevin Harvick and Brad Keselowski,
Saturday’s NASCAR Nationwide Series race consisted of 200 laps around the 1-mile flat track located in Avondale, AZ for a total of 200 miles.
Brad Keselowski started the race on the pole but brought out the first caution when he ran into the slower car of Daryl Harr. Damage to the front of his No. 22 car sent him to the back of the field. He spent much of the race on a different pit strategy than Kyle Busch.
In the end it was Busch who was in front when the rains came. He led 155 of 168 laps on the day. The win is his third straight, but crew chief Adam Stevens’ fourth in a row.
