Dylan Kwasniewski will lead a field of 40 cars to the green flag for the NASCAR Nationwide Series season opener at Daytona International Speedway.

The driver of the No. 31 set the fastest time in Saturday’s qualifying session beating out Kyle Larson and Danica Patrick.

Ryan Reed in the No. 16 car crashed early in the first session while a rain delay halted the session with just over four minutes left. Track drying efforts did not allow the cars to return to the track.

The Nationwide Series will run 120 laps around the 2.5-mile Daytona International Speedway to make up the 300 miles for Saturday’s race.

Coverage of the DRIVE4COPD 300 will air on ESPN beginning at 1:15 pm ET. The green flag will wave at 1:34 pm ET.
