Kurt Busch will be driving a memorable paint scheme for racing fans during Friday night’s running of the Subway Firecracker 250 at Daytona International Speedway.
Busch will pilot the No. 1 Chevrolet for Phoenix Racing while driving a car reminiscent of the movie “Days of Thunder.” Busch will be piloting a car dressed up to appear like the car driven by Cole Trickle from the 1990 released movie which featured Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman.

This is the third race for Busch and Phoenix Racing in the Nationwide Series this season. Busch won this event last season despite having severe damage on his car. He has five career wins in the series.
If Busch and movies sounds familiar to you it is worth mentioning that he drove the ME car from Talladega Nights last season while competing with Phoenix Racing at the Sprint Cup level.
