The NHL wants to meet in-person with St. Louis forward Maxim Lapierre for his hit from behind on San Jose’s Dan Boyle.
Lapierre earned a five-minute major and a game misconduct after hitting Boyle from behind. Boyle left the game on a stretcher.
Since he is a repeat offender, Lapierre could be looking at multiple game suspension. Stay tuned for more.
