The Boston Bruins have just four goals in four games to start the NHL season so it is understandable that they are looking for offense.
On Tuesday the team signed veteran Simon Gagne to a one-year deal worth $600,000.

Gagne skipped the entire 2013-14 season so exactly how the 34-year-old will perform is up for debate. Still the risks are pretty minimal here for the Bruins who simply want to see pucks in the net.
Gagne has not had a double digit goal scoring season since 2010-11.
