Cleveland Browns TE Jordan Cameron is officially inactive for Week 2 against the New Orleans Saints.
Cameron aggravated his AC joint injury in the opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers and missed practice all week. The Browns are giving him a rest in hopes of having him right for Week 3.
Gary Barnidge and Jim Dray will fill in at tight end.
Cameron caught two passes for 47-yards in the Browns opening week loss to Pittsburgh. The absence of Cameron, coupled with the suspension of WR Josh Gordon, will weaken the Browns passing game against a Saints defense which allowed 448 yards through the air a week ago against Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons.
