Bears at Lions: Betting odds, point spread and tv streaming options

The Lions try to keep their slim playoff hopes alive on Saturday when they host the rival Bears.

Detroit (7-6) is just 2-4 at home this year while the visiting Bears (4-9) are 2-4 on the road. Something will give in this one but the question is whether or not it will be Matthew Stafford or the Bears coaching staff who could all be jettisoned after the season.

After five straight losses the Bears walloped the Bengals 33-7 last week. The Lions have a lot of similarities to that Bengals team in terms of expectations and a head coach who could be gone at seasons end but they at-least enter this game with playoff hopes still alive – something the Bengals had already lost prior to last weeks ago.

The Lions have played close games with three of their last four being decided by three points. They’ve gone 2-2 during that span which included a 27-24 win over the Bears on Nov. 19.

So how will fans watch Saturday’s game between the Bears and Lions? NFL Network has coverage of this one starting at 4:30 pm ET, that’s 3:30 pm CT. Local NBC stations may also carry this game but check your listings.

The Lions enter this contest a 4.5 point favorite against the Bears. The over/under for this game is 44 points which is 7 less than these two teams scored five weeks ago.
