Thad Lewis made five starts for the Buffalo Bills in 2013. On Tuesday the team released the 26-year-old.
After adding free agent Jordan Palmer on Monday the Bills released Lewis who completed just 17-of-33 passes for 168 yards, zero touchdowns, and two interceptions this preesason.
Palmer and Jeff Tuel will compete for the right to be E.J. Manuel’s backup this year.
