Cleveland Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer is participating in a voluntary mini camp reports FOX News.

Hoyer suffered an ACL tear last year after he had positioned himself as the teams starter. Leading up to the 2014 NFL Draft he is projected to be the Browns starting quarterback though the team is expected to draft a quarterback early.

On Tuesday Hoyer threw and moved around while wearing a knee brace for 30 minutes in a session that was open to media members.

The Browns are also working out veteran quarterbacks Vince Young and Tyler Thigpen this week. Young has not played in a regular season game since 2011 with Philadelphia while Thigpen last saw action with Buffalo in 2012.
