Buffalo Bills owner and founder Ralph Wilson passed away on Tuesday.

Wilson, 95, was the oldest owner in the NFL. In 2009 he was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame.

In addition to establishing the Bills. Wilson was a co-founder of the American Football League. He is credited with initiating talks in 1965 with Baltimore Colts owner Carroll Rosenbloom that led to the AFL-NFL merger.

With Wilson passing away there will be numerous questions about the future of the Bills.

The Bills won consecutive AFL championships after the 1964 and ’65 seasons.  They had four trips to the Super Bowl from 1990-1993.
