Mountain Dew Zero Sugar will appear on the car of Chase Elliott in the upcoming 2020 Clash at Daytona.
Elliott’s No. 9 Chevrolet will be black and green, the colors of PepsiCo’s newest beverage. The new drink claims to feature the same citrus taste as the original Mountain Dew but with no added sugar.
Last season Elliott earned three wins in the NASCAR Cup Series matching his career high set in 2018. Unfortunately for the Hendrick Motorsports driver his playoff run ended quickly relegating him to a 10th place finish in the standings.
In 149 career starts in the Cup Series Elliott now has six wins and 44 top-five finishes along with 74 top-ten finishes.
Elliott has finishes of seventh, 13th and seventh the last three seasons in the Clash.
