Mooreseville, NC (Oct. 16, 2019) – Josh Bilicki will join BJ McLeod Motorsports for the remaining races of the 2019 NASCAR Xfinity Series season. Joining Bilicki and the team this weekend at Kansas Speedway will be Furniture Mall of Kansas, a furniture super store located in Topeka, KS and Olathe, KS.
The Furniture Mall of Kansas opened in the Fall of 2013 and consists of five stores: Discovery Furniture, RoomMakers, Marling’s Furniture, Mattress Headquarters, and Flooring Headquarters. The Furniture Mall of Kansas is owned and operated by the Winter Family, who have been in the home furnishings business since 1933. The goal of Furniture Mall of Kansas is to give customers both the small store feel and the big store selection to help them create a more beautiful and comfortable home.
For Bilicki, the move to BJ McLeod Motorsports comes after running the majority of the 2019 NASCAR Xfinity Series season with RSS Racing. Bilicki drove for BJ Mcleod Motorsports at five races in the 2017 season, with the best finish of 12th at Road America.
“I’m very appreciative for everything that the Sieg family and the RSS Racing team has done for me this season,” says Bilicki. “Without them, there are many weekends that I would have spent watching at home instead of being at the race track. There is a lot of business that goes on behind the scenes of this sport that most people don’t see. I work very hard and have the goal of competing full time in 2020. I’ve driven for BJ McLeod in the past and have watched his team grow over the last few seasons. We work well together and I believe that this move will help better position things for the 2020 season.”
