The South Pines Police Department in North Carolina is asking for help identifying a person of interest wearing a No. 3 jacket.
In order to prevent fans from bombarding them with a list of drivers who have driven the No. 3 car, thr deparment was proactive on social media noting that all of those drivers have been cleared of bring the person in the images.
