Iowa was difficult for Decker in tough Truck season

To say the results have not been as desired for Natalie Decker in the Gander Outdoors Truck Series would be an understatement.

Decker has yet to even post a top-10 finish in the No. 54 Toyota of DGR-Crosley with as many finishes in the garage as on the racetrack.

Being the 23rd fastest truck in practice resulted in Decker starting 23rd after qualifying was rained out. Things did not go much better for the N29 sponsored team from there as Decker finished 17th.

“Iowa was a difficult track for me. It was fun, and I learned a lot, but I definitely need to learn a lot more there,” said Decker. “I wish the finish could have been better, but I’m really proud of the whole No. 54 team DGR-Crosley team. They all worked really hard all weekend.”
