Chase Elliott on pole at Bristol, Food City 500 qualifying results

On the pole for Sunday’s running of the Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway is Chase Elliott in the No. 9 Napa Auto Parts Chevrolet Camaro.

The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series will run 500 laps at the 0.533 mile track on Sunday.

Last year the Busch brothers swept these events with Kyle winning in the Spring and Kurt winning in the Fall. Kyle will start 17th while Kurt starts 27th on Sunday.

Coverage of the Food City 500 will air on Fox Sports 1 and PRN radio beginning at 2:00 pm ET.
