Peyton Manning will serve as the Honorary Pace Car Driver for the 60th annual Daytona 500 on Feb. 18 at Daytona International Speedway.
Manning, a two-time Super Bowl winning quarterback, serves as a member/spokesperson for Nationwide. Before the green flag drops on The Great American Race, it will be Manning’s job to pace the 40-car field.

“Serving as the Honorary Pace Car Driver will be a truly unique and exciting experience,” Manning said. “I want to thank NASCAR, Daytona International Speedway and Nationwide for making this possible. I’m really looking forward to race day.”
Manning retired from football after the Broncos won Super Bowl 50.
