Stephen Leicht to get three race sponsorship from Jani-King

The newly formed JP Motorsports has added a three race sponorship from Jani-King to help fund it’s 2018 Xfinity Series season.

Driving the No. 55 Toyota Camy for JP Motorsports this season will be Stephen Leicht.

“We are extremely excited to have Jani-King on board for our first three races,” stated team owners Jerry and Phyllis Hattaway. “This partnership will help us get our feet in the water as the season begins and as JP Motorsports itself begins.”

Jani-King, a commercial cleaning franchise with over 9,000 locations, is not a new fixture to NASCAR as they have sponsored drivers such as Scott Wimmer, Kerry Earnhardt and Aric Almirola, to name a few, in the past.

The sponsorship from Jani-King will cover the first three races of the season. After that time Jani-King will assume the role of an associate sponsor of the team for the rest of the 2018 season.

“I’m honored to have Jani-King as our sponsor,” said Leicht. “Jani-King has been a personal sponsor of mine for four years now. Add Jani-King’s racing background and I couldn’t be more humbled to have their continued loyalty and support. My team and I look forward to doing our best this season to make them proud!”

The news release from the team stated that they were still actively seeking sponsorship for races in 2018. The first race for the team is the season opening PowerShares QQQ 300 at the Daytona International Speedway on Saturday, February 17th at 2:30 p.m. ET on FS1.
