On Monday morning the 3M paint scheme for the No. 24 Chevrolet to be driven by Chase Elliott was unveiled.
Elliott, a former Xfinity Series champion, is taking over the seat of four-time Sprint Cup Series champion Jeff Gordon who retired at the end of the 2015 season.
The 3M paint scheme in which Elliott will drive in 2016 is predominately white with some black on the front grill and roof. Red No. 24’s adorn the sides while the bottom of the car also features a red line.
In addition to the car’s paint scheme, photos of the helmet and fire suit that the 20-year-old will wear in conjunction with this car was also released.
