Talladega: NASCAR Sprint Cup Series starting line, green flag time and tv info for Geico 500

A field of 43 cars will tackle the longest track on the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series schedule on Sunday. On the pole for the Geico 500 is Jeff Gordon.

Sprint Cup Series stars will look to take the checkered flag at the 2.66-mile track. Denny Hamlin and Brad Keselowski won events here last year.

On TV FOX will carry Sunday’s race beginning at 1:00 pm. The green flag start time for Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race is 1:20 pm ET.
