Danica Patrick, driver of the No. 10 GoDaddy Chevrolet for Stewart Haas Racing finished sixth in Sunday nights NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway. It marks Patrick’s best career Sprint Cup finish to date.
Patrick started the Oral-B USA 500 in 27th position. Her previous best finish was seventh at Kansas earlier this season.
Patrick is in her second full season in Sprint Cup. She sat on the pole for the 2012 Daytona 500 finishing eighth.
