Jeff Gordon will once again leave a NASCAR weekend as the Sprint Cup Series point leader. While Gordon has accumulated the most points thus far, teammate Jimmie Johnson has three wins which carry more weight for the Chase.
Following 267 laps at Kentucky Speedway, Gordon leads teammates Jimmie Johnson and Dale Earnhardt Jr. by 18 points.
