With the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series heading to Dover International Speedway it is time for the No. 11 Toyota Camry of Denny Hamlin to wear the Autism Speaks paint scheme.
The car of Hamlin will also be carrying a list of names of NASCAR fans who donated $11 or more to Autism Speaks. These names will all be fit inside of a puzzle piece on the No. 11 car.
“It’s a great opportunity for the fans and is for a great cause,” said Hamlin. “Autism affects so many people, and these donations will help with research and other important things that the Autism Speaks organization does.”
In 16 starts at the 1-mile Dover International Speedway, Hamlin has a best finish of fourth. Last season he sat on the pole for this race but was involved in a crash and finished 32nd. He finished 20th in the fall.
