UPDATE: Shortly after 8 pm ET engines have fired and cars on on the track. This one is set to get underway around 8:15 pm ET.
Weather has delayed the start of the NASCAR race at Kansas Speedway. The most severe storms seem to be North of the track, but rain is likely to hit the track this evening. Air Titan is on hand to dry the track.
FOX pulled their camera men from the track right around the time the 5-Hour Energy 400 was set to go green.
There is no curfew to run the race at Kansas Speedway.
The chance of rain increases throughout the evening all the way to 90% by 10:00 pm/ET hour.
