Jeff Gordon sold his New York condo located in Central Park West.
The price tag on the apartment was a whopping $25 million which nets Gordon quite a gain on the $9.7 million that he bought it for in 2007.

According to the New York Daily News, the buyer of the condo already lives in the building and is simply moving up one floor from a two-bedroom condo to a three bed-room condo. Gordon was initially seeking $30 million for the condo.
