Jeff Gordon, driver of the No. 24 Chevrolet for Hendrick Motorsports is scheduled to run a blue and white paint scheme at Michigan International Speedway on August 18.
Gordon’s No. 24 Chevrolet will feature Standox, a leading manufacturer of automotive refinishing paints. Their headquarters are located in Wuppertal, Germany, and the company offers innovative and environmentally compatible product systems in over 80 countries.
Standox is part of Axalta Coating Systems, which is the new name of DuPont Performance Coatings which was acquired by The Carlyle Group on February 1, 2013.
