Rain delayed the start of the Nationwide Series race at Iowa Speedway until Sunday morning. Austin Dillon won the pole Saturday afternoon for the Pioneer Hi-Bred 250 at Iowa Speedway.

The first of two races this season at Iowa will take place Sunday at 11:00 am ET and will air on ESPN2. The green flag will fall shortly after.  A total of 40 cars will take to the Newton, IA track for 250 laps around the 0.875 mile track.

Joey Logano qualified the No. 22 Penske Ford but due to the cancellation of the Saturday night race it will be Ryan Blaney driving that car on Sunday.

Ricky Stenhouse and Elliott Sadler won the two races at Iowa last season.

Currently Regan Smith holds a 27 point lead over Sam Hornish Jr. in the Nationwide Series point standings.
