The NASCAR media tour is in full swing and Hendrick Motorsports annouced on Wednesday that they would field entries for Chase Elliott in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards as well as the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.
The teenage son of former NASCAR champion Bill Elliott has posted his schedule on his website.
Elliott, 17, will run five ARCA races in a Hendrick entered car. He will also run nine races in the NCWTS in the No. 94 truck. Elliott will race both races at Martinsville and Iowa as well as Rockingham, Dover, Bristol. Mosport/Canada and Phoenix.
The No. 94 was used by Bill Elliott during his time as a owner/driver from 1995-2000. The number was used to honor his nephew Casey Elliott who ultimately lost his battle with cancer.
