BK Racing will welcome the addition of Pat Tryson this Sunday at Talladega. The veteran crew chief will take over a yet to be defined role at BK Racing. Most recently he served in an advisory role at JTG-Daugherty prior to that he served as a crew chief briefly for David Gilliland at Front Row Motorsports. Tryson has also recently served as the crew chief for Kurt Busch, Martin Truex Jr.
“I’m not exactly sure what the plan is yet,” said Tryson today. “We’ll see as we go along. I’ve been asked to look around, assess the situation and see where I think they can use some help. Once I do that, I’ll know more.”
BK Racing fields two Toyota Camrys, the No. 93 of Travis Kvapil and the No. 83 of Landon Cassill. Currently they rank 30th and 31st in the overall driver standings.
