Jeff Gordon said that if he made the 2012 Chase he would bring back the stach. Following an impressive second place finish at Richmond International Raceway, the four time champion, qualified for NASCAR’s version of a post season.
Discontinued after his 1993 rookie season at the Cup level, now it is time for the stache to return.
“So as many of u may have heard, I made a statement that if we made the Chase I wud bring back the stache,” Gordon tweeted Sunday. “I’m a man of my word.”
One can only wonder if the mullet will return should he win his fifth Sprint Cup title?
Gordon is also soliciting ideas from his twitter followers for the style of his future stache.
