David Ragan announced in a statement released by Front Row Motorsports that he will race on a part-time basis beginning in 2020.
Ragan, 33, stared a desire to spend more time with his wife and two daughters.
Said Ragan: “My children are growing up quickly, and I want to concentrate my time in being the best father and husband I can be.”
Ragan has 457 career starts in the Cup Series since he debut in 2007 – winning Rookie if the Year honors – and has two career wins.
No announcement has been made on who will take over the No. 38 Ford in 2020.
